Zeynep Atakan

Zeynep Atakan, the producer of films by many successful directors –including Elia Suleyman, Nuri Bilge Ceylan, Tayfun Pirselimoğlu and Kutluğ Ataman– and the founder of YAPIMLAB, an initiative that has supported the human resources of Turkish cinema for the past 10 years, will conduct a workshop at the festival. Atakan will share her experiences with producer candidates and highlight issues that deserve special attention.

Harika Uygur, an Oscar Academy-member casting director, will share with cinema lovers her expertise on casting at a two-day workshop at the International Migration Films Festival.

Aida Begic

June 19, Friday, 2 p.m.

The International Migration Films Festival will host Aida Begic, a prize winner at several international festivals including Cannes, Sarajevo and Thessaloniki. Begic will share precious information on film directing and scriptwriting at a workshop.

Vernice Klier

June 16, Tuesday, 7 p.m.

Acting coach Vernice Klier, whose clientele includes famous actors like Juliette Binoche and Vincent Cassel, will give an online workshop as part of the International Migration Film Festival where she will teach how to shoot and act in a self-made audition tape.
